The idea behind Next Level Equestrian really took shape when I realised how many brilliant equestrian business owners had huge passion and great ideas but were stretched too thin to grow in the way they deserved. Many had superb products, loyal customers and real potential - but not enough time, clarity or support to translate that into sustainable growth. With more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, strategy and leadership, working with everyone from global brands to major charities, I realised I could use my expertise to help equestrian businesses thrive without losing what makes them special - and so Next Level Equestrian was born.

Next Level Equestrian is where I bring all of my skills and experience together with my lifelong obsession with horses. I love working with business owners who have big ambitions - whether they’re struggling to figure out where to begin or they’ve got a clear direction but lack the capacity to drive it forward. My role is to bring both senior-level insight and friendly, flexible, hands-on support - helping businesses make confident decisions, improve profitability, strengthen their customer experience and develop both their people and their brand.

I support clients across business and marketing strategy, pricing and profitability, sales planning, customer journey improvements, branding, websites, social media, team development and more. But more than anything, I offer clarity, confidence and a fresh pair of eyes - the kind that helps you spot (and act on) opportunities and solutions that are hard to see when you’re juggling everything yourself.
